1) Parties & Acceptance
Provider: All Stars Consulting (New Zealand) trading as TEFI (“we”, “us”, “our”). “TEFI” is a brand name and copyright of All Stars Consulting.
Client: The person or entity ordering the services (“you”, “Client”). By placing an order, booking a session, or paying an invoice, you accept these Terms and any Proposal/Order issued by us.
2) Scope of Services (No Immigration Advice)
We provide job-search strategy and employer-engagement support for NZ/AU markets, including: CV/profile upgrades, Skills & Achievements documentation, multimedia assets, coaching, and live job-finding demonstrations. We do not provide immigration advice or visa services, and we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or visa outcomes.
3) Deliverables, Timelines & Completion
- Your Proposal/Order sets out the deliverables (e.g., CV upgrade, Skills & Achievements, LinkedIn updates, multimedia, coaching sessions) and any programme duration (e.g., up to 10 weeks for the Full Programme).
- Service is complete when we deliver the listed items and complete the scheduled sessions, or when the programme period ends—whichever occurs first.
- Turnarounds rely on timely client input and reviews.
4) Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information.
- Attend sessions or reschedule with notice (≥ 48 hours).
- Review and return feedback within 3 business days.
- Comply with applicable laws and employer requirements.
5) Fees, Taxes, Payment & Refunds
- Fees & Currency: As quoted in the Proposal/Order, in USD, exclusive of GST unless stated.
- Payment: Due 10 days from invoice date. We may pause work if overdue by 7 days after due date.
- Refunds: If you cancel before completion, we refund un-started components pro‑rata. Completed deliverables, delivered sessions, and third‑party costs are non‑refundable.
- Payment Plans (if offered): Payable in advance — each instalment is due before the relevant stage starts.
6) Intellectual Property & Licence
We retain IP in our templates, methodologies, process materials, and training content. Upon full payment, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non‑exclusive licence to use, edit, and share the delivered outputs (e.g., CV, Skills & Achievements, LinkedIn copy, video) for job‑seeking and personal branding. You confirm you have rights to materials you supply and grant us a licence to use them to perform the Services.
7) Consumer Law, Warranty & Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or Australian Consumer Law (as applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the Services is capped at the fees paid for the portion of Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, opportunity, reputation, or business interruption.
8) Privacy & Data
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy: https://employmentforimmigration.nz/privacy-policy/ • PDF: https://employmentforimmigration.nz/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/privacy-policy-one-page.pdf. With your consent, we may share your profile with selected NZ/AU employers/recruiters for role assessment. Session recordings (if any) will be disclosed; continuing in a recorded session indicates consent for service delivery and QA.
9) Third‑Party Tools
We use platforms such as Zoho (Forms/CRM), Calendly, Zoom, Google Workspace/Drive, and media services (e.g., YouTube/Vimeo). Their terms and privacy practices apply in addition to ours.
10) Scheduling, Rescheduling & No‑Shows
- You can reschedule with ≥ 48 hours notice via your confirmation link.
- No‑shows or cancellations inside 48 hours may be charged or count as a used session.
- Programme windows do not pause unless we agree in writing.
11) Marketing (Optional)
If you opt in, we may send event invites and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
12) Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., outages, natural events, strikes, emergencies). We will resume performance as soon as practicable.
13) Governing Law & Disputes
If your billing address is in New Zealand, these Terms are governed by New Zealand law and subject to the courts of New Zealand. If your billing address is in Australia, these Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and subject to the courts of Queensland, Australia. We’ll seek prompt, good‑faith resolution. This clause does not limit statutory rights.
14) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date and Version above show the current release. Material changes will be posted on our website and/or notified via email.
