TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY TATE’S EMPLOYMENT FOR IMMIGRATION NZ

Tate provides the services in the scope outlined on: employmentforimmigration.nz

Tate doesn’t give immigration advice to the Client.

Tate doesn’t make any promises of work visas to the Client.

Tate doesn’t guarantee job offers to the Client.

What Tate does offer is what he believes is a “best in class” method for getting job offers in New Zealand, tailored to fit the needs of the individual foreign Client. Tate does this with passion, experience and responsiveness to suit the needs of the Client, allowing the Client to effectively navigate the New Zealand job market.

Tate operates on a fixed-fee basis which means no hidden costs.

Tate keeps all rights to the materials and information that he provides in the course of his services and such information shall remain confidential to the parties and not made public or used, sold, given away to third parties.

Tate shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages, or for any loss of profits or business interruptions caused or alleged to have been caused by the performance or nonperformance of the Services.

Tate’s service is completed when it’s delivered in the full scope outlined in the Proposal, on employmentforimmigration.nz or when a Job Offer signed (whichever comes first).
