Who we are. All Stars Consulting (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) operates the TEFI brand, helping skilled migrants secure employment in New Zealand and Australia through CV upgrades, skills documentation, multimedia profiles, job‑finding support, and employer outreach.

1) Scope

This policy covers personal information we collect via our website, forms, emails, meetings, and tools (e.g., Zoho Forms/CRM, Calendly, Zoom, Google Workspace), and how we use, share, and protect it.

2) Information we collect

Identity & contact: name, email, phone, country/region, links (LinkedIn/portfolio).
Career information (CV): employment history, education, certifications, skills, achievements, referees (if provided).
Preferences & targeting: roles, locations, salary bands, availability.
Multimedia (optional): professional photos, Video CV, recorded calls.
Operational data: notes from calls, intake responses, tasks, activity history.
Website/ads analytics: cookie and pixel data (e.g., page views, referrers, UTM tags; Meta/LinkedIn/Google pixels if enabled).

3) How we use information

Job‑matching & delivery: assess CVs, prepare Skills & Achievements documents, build multimedia profiles, and run job‑finding support.
Introductions: present your profile to selected NZ/AU employers or recruiters with your consent.
Communications: confirmations, reminders, progress check‑ins, service updates.
Improvement & safety: QA, training, troubleshooting, security/fraud prevention.
Marketing (optional): event invites and tips if you opt in (unsubscribe anytime).
Legal & compliance: record‑keeping, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing terms.

4) Consent

On our forms you’ll see a required checkbox similar to: “I consent to TEFI collecting, storing, and sharing my CV and details with prospective NZ/AU employers for job‑placement assessment, as described in the Privacy Policy.” We store an audit trail (timestamp, source, policy version). You may withdraw consent at any time; this won’t affect processing already performed with your consent.

5) Sharing & disclosures

We do not sell personal data. We share only as needed to deliver services:

Prospective employers/recruiters (NZ/AU): for role assessment, case‑by‑case and aligned to your targets.
Service providers (processors): Zoho (Forms/CRM/Desk), Calendly, Google Workspace/Drive, Zoom/YouTube/Vimeo, website hosts/analytics, payment processors—under contract and limited to our instructions.
Legal/safety: where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6) International transfers

Data may be stored or accessed in New Zealand, Australia, or other countries where our providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure recipients protect your information to standards comparable to NZ/AU privacy requirements (contractual and technical safeguards).

7) Retention

Active clients/candidates: retained while we work together.
After last activity: core records kept for 24 months, then deleted or de‑identified unless law requires longer.

8) Your rights

Access and correction of your information.
Deletion where data is no longer required.
Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing at any time.
Data copy/portability where applicable.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (role‑based access, encryption in transit where supported, audit logs, staff training). No method is 100% secure; we continuously improve safeguards.

11) Children

Our services target adults seeking employment. If a child’s data is provided inadvertently, contact us and we will delete it.

12) Complaints

If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact your local regulator: New Zealand – Office of the Privacy Commissioner; Australia – Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We aim to resolve concerns directly and promptly.

13) Changes

We may update this policy periodically. The Effective date shows the latest revision. We’ll notify you of material changes via our site or email.
