Each month I review your employer outreach campaign using the same structured analysis used inside the T4 Full programme. You receive a clear report covering what your activity data shows, where the gaps are, your deepest active relationships, and the specific actions that will move your search forward. No guesswork.
Ongoing Coaching and Application Support
As employer responses come in, you have direct coaching from me on how to handle them: applications, replies, objections, interview preparation, and adjustments to your outreach message when the market gives you feedback.
Reactive Strategy Pivots
If a direction is not producing results, we change it. New sectors, revised positioning, a different outreach angle, or a shift in which roles you are targeting. You will not be left running the same strategy into a wall.
Salary Negotiation and Aftercare
When an offer arrives, I support you through negotiation to help you secure fair market compensation and strong contract terms. Settlement and migration readiness guidance is included as you prepare to make the move.

Upload your employer outreach call sheet each month. This is your record of every employer contacted, the responses received, and the stage of each relationship.

Apply the guidance. Reach out to the leads identified. Adjust the approach where indicated. Prepare for the conversations in your pipeline.
